This is the worst salon I've ever been to in my life !! I initially went in to get an ombré color and ended up with a job looking like something from a cheap box bought from the store with orange red&burgundy colors mixed in with streaks of blonde! Rosaria who was my hairdresser clearly never did ombre hair color before and asked Heather to help her! I showed both of these 'hairdressers' the exact color I wanted which was a plum black color for the roots and blonde color on the ends. After Rosaria finished with my roots I expressed to her that it was not the color I wanted and it appeared to be a dark burgundy color. She stated she will apply a gloss after she is done highlighting my ends to make my roots darker. I patiently waited as Heather and Rosaria applied big chunks of bleach to my ends when I began to feel something burning my back. I immediately freaked out and asked why the foils were burning hot like that. Hence I touched the foil and I could feel the burning hot sensation right away! Whats worse is I had a huge panic attack&almost passed out from the strong fumes I smelled throughout the process. Rosaria and Heather could see me turning pale and rushed me to the sink to wash out the bleach after they were done with only half of my hair. I was so aggravated and tense that I began to get one of the worst migraines ever ! Megan the manager is the biggest b*tch I had the displeasure of meeting ! Thus after everything that I had just been through I was forced to pay $180 for these so called professional hairdressers to ruin my hair with no option to fix the problem or get a refund!\r
When I refused to pay for the aforementioned horrible services Megan called the police and asked me to leave the premises! I was shocked and appalled ! What's worse is my panic attack caused by the toxic fumes and chemicals which burned parts of my back was made a mockery of and referred to as a joke. I was even asked why I go to hair salons if I have anxiety! What an insult ! I've had my hair done by Nicole from Shampoo Cocktails as well as Mina from Bellagio Spa in Newport Beach and never encountered any issues. I also want to point out the fact that after I contacted the corporate office in Irvine,Jamie made it clear she stood behind this sh*tty store 100% and did not even show me the common courtesy to hear me out even though the company policy states that a client has the right to have the issue resolved by having the option to get their hair redone correctly or to receive a full refund ! I am so stressed out by their lack of inconsideration and mistreatment which has been nothing but a nightmare !\r
I hope and pray no customer will ever endure this torture!
