I would never recommend this business to anyone. I ordered (online) a mattress and box spring on September 7. It took over 2 weeks for them to even SHIP the order, and then it was damaged, so they had to return it. You'd think if the item was damaged during shipping they would sent a replacement as soon as possible for customer service, but no. It was another 2 weeks before it shipped and again no communication from the company. They never answer emails and phone calls. \r

I finally received it November 1 but the box springs wouldn't fit up the stairs so I am still waiting for that. I'm sleeping on the floor now!! I'm sure the new box springs didn't ship yet since they are charging me delivery for them and haven't contacted me for payment.\r

Maybe the company is great to use in person but they are horrible to use online.
