Recently made a purchase at this store. Unfortunately i needed to use their delivery service which is outsourced to a company called ShowMe Moving and Home delivery. Their literature states that they will call by 9am on the deliver day to give you a 3-hour window for delivery. But they never called. I ended up calling the store to find out. When it was apparent the delivery was not going to be made on time I called customer service at the store. The store customer service rep put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I hung up called back and was again put on hold. They promised me that the delivery service would contact me immediately. It was over an hour later. Needless to say I would not recommend this company unless you can haul your own furniture. What is the purpose of giving someone a Delivery Committment Policy when the company does not adhere to it?
