Neysa, Ryan, Steven (job supervisor) were GREAT. I had lots of issues with my insurance company that DID NOT cover the foundation or plumbing issues. My home had had 13 piers completed by another company who I could not even get to come look and bid. I searched and found Stratum and GLAD I did. Ryan was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and completed the bid onsite while he was there!! Neysa is great to work with, helpful, professional, explained all the ""stuff"" well, and when rain delay happened... and we could not complete project...""held my hand while I stewed about it"" :))) Steven was a great supervisor and came out early to inspect and make the final decisions about where to place the 8 piers to be installed. When they arrived..it was a long day and they dealt with several issues...beam issues, pipes etc, etc...but finished in one day...and every member of the crew knew their job and worked hard to complete the job. The best part...they were very reasonable and underbid 3 other bidders!! I would recommend them absolutely to anyone with major foundation issues. GO STRATUM!!!! Leon Bawcom
