Review content:
I have gone to see Dr. Craig Tuttle for many years, every time my back got really bad, he'd get me going again and every time he told me what to do and I only kind of did it until the next time I had so much pain that I was forced to pay attention. I was busy, and I assumed that my horrible looking spinal distortion was something I was just going to have to live with. He kept trying to tell me ""not so"". So about a year and a half ago I had so much pain that I started realizing I just might end up in a wheel chair. One day while Dr. Tuttle was working on my I asked: ""do you really think this could all be corrected"", ""yes I do Jan"". ""Okay if I were to promise to do everything you told me to do, all these things you've been telling me for years, what would they be now, please tell me all of it and I will do it."" He did, and I did, and over the next six months I started noticing days completely without pain, it had been thirty years since that had happened. Then one day I noticed I hadn't had any pain at all in the past week, so I asked more questions. Every time he would ask me how my MaKenzie exercises were coming along and my stretches. I listened to that and upped the frequency and number and found myself going places where I might have to stand still for a while (normally extremely painful) and I joined Curves Gym. I now see Dr, Tuttle every three weeks, I'm really doing well and consistently getting better, and I do those McKenzies and stretches 6 days a week after my workout at the gym. Yeah, No Pain = Qualitiy of life improvement - probably for me better than winning the lottery.
