Just posted pics... Terrible experience all-around with this company and the installers they used. It was like pulling teeth just to get them to give us a straight answer after we ordered and paid for the materials but before they started installing (that is to say they lied to us often), the installers did a terrible job and our floor boards are coming apart, and it has been over 4 months since they installed and they still haven't come out to fix their shoddy work. Have told us they'll need to add a break and a piece of stripping in our hallway to prevent the boards from coming apart again. Never again would we use this company, and we are heartbroken we paid them $5,000 for such disgraceful work.
