I work for a Parking Company. Our contractor failed to show up for this past storm on March 6th. I had the daunting task of finding another contractor to complete our 27 parking facilities by morning. After calling 15 different contractors and reaching answering machines and voice messages, I called Chicago Service Group. The receptionist answered on the second ring and from that point forward we recieved superior , professional service both from office staff and field crews. We were quoted a price, emailed the contract all within minutes. The office manager explained everything to me step by step. All of our facilities were completed withen 3 hours of us signing the contract. I have reqested a three year contract with CSG because of the professional, superior services we have just recieved. Its nice to know there are still some top notch service companies left in Chicago. I highly reccomend Chicago Service Group Inc. \r
