buyer beware it took over 5 months for her to complete my home. she took it upon herself to order things i did not approve of, delivered a steamer trunk that had dried dirt in the bottom then wanted to charge 200.00 to have it refurbished. there was no written contract wanted 50% upfront and balance upon completion. after 4 months she asked for an additional 10K then 1 week later more money. if you do use her (for any reason) make sure you write check payable to her company (not her or her husband) she will ask you to make the first payment by check payable to herself......DON'T DO IT MAKE THE CHECK PAYABLE TO HER COMPANY AND GET A POWER POINT OF WHAT EVERYTHING WILL COST. she overcharged us and i plan to hire a lawyer when we move down from NJ.
