Called and met with Zeena Ellison the owner. She came out and bid the house for semi weekly cleaning. Set the date for a Thursday cleaning the week before Easter. Called in sick on Wednesday and texted that she would do it on Friday the next day. Texted again and said was still sick and set it for Monday before Easter. Reset for Thursday before Easter. Thursday came and went. NOTHING. No text nothing. I called her phone, nothing. I texted 4 times. Nothing. Friday I called and left another message and 3 more text. No reply. Wife spent all day Saturday cleaning for family Easter instead of enjoying the holiday. VERY unprofessional! This is Tuesday after Easter. Still nothing. If you want a dependable service this one isn't it!
