I brought my QX56 in for service and Alex went up and beyond to make sure my vehicle was attended to quickly, all applicable charges were explained and got me out of there quicker than expected. I moved 25 minutes farther away from the dealership than my previous 45 minute commute; however I will continue to bring my car to Tacoma.
