I joined Fusion about 2 months ago after reading an article about ""Zumba"" - naturally, my curiousity was piqued - the first class was free, so I figured, ""What do I have to loose?"". I was nervous initially because I'm a well-known clutz; but I was pleased to discover that Zumba is for EVERYONE - whether you have a dance-background or not! The girls at Fusion keep the choreography up to date and simple enough to follow. They show beginner and advanced moves, so no matter what your fitness level, or experience level is, you can follow. The best part is, you don't always have to have it down - as long as you keep moving to the beat! Shake what your mama gave you, girls!!! I don't even realize it's been an hour, I can just keep going, and going! The instructors are all great - each brings their own personality and flare to the songs... and if in doubt, they will help you out. They are encouraging and never make you feel like ""left-foot-Lucy""!!! I've also done several of their other classes and have been so excited about it! From the pilates, to the turbo-kick, to sculpting, to Moe and Jill's classes - all have been fantastic..... AND, I've dropped two holes on my belt!!!!! It's helped me with my ""ABS"" and that's not your air-bag system I'm talking about - I'm talking about my ""Ambulance Butt Syndrome"" (that's where I work!!) I can seriously say, I've never had so much fun... and exercise was never this easy! Face it - none of us really like to exercise... but at Fusion, it doesn't feel like exercise until after when your muscles have lactic acid and you KNOW you worked! I've also found my confidence has improved, I used to hang out in the back of the class, now, on occassion I'll venture up front. I feel great, and I've learned awesome moves..... and I've met some wonderful people. It's a great time!! Trust me, it makes you feel more of a woman than Dr. 90210 ever could!!!!!! :-)
Pros: Instructors are great!
Cons: I want MORE!!! :-)
