Review content:
I originally made an appointment with Dr Karen as she was voted best chiro by the Bay Guardian. At my first appointment, she explained her ""gentle"" adjustment method. I have to admit, I was skeptical since I used to really enjoy my hard cracks at other offices. But after 6 months, my body has never felt better. I can really feel the energy shifting around in my body during and after my visits. Whether it is repetitive stress injury pain or sinus congestion, she works magic. Plus she is incredibly comfortable to be around and a just a really nice person in general. \r
I see Amy Howard for massage and also only have wonderful things to say about her. She is the massage therapist for Pixar so really knows how to dig into areas that hurt for people who sit at desks/computers all day. She only works Thursdays from Emeryville, other days she works in SF. I've seen MANY massage therapists over the years and I'm VERY picky. So if I say Amy is good, you better believe that she is.
Pros: Flexible scheduling, Takes Insurance, Extremely Skilled and Experienced
