NEVER use this company. Barry, the repair guy, comes to your house, gives you a reasonable estimate, shows up and works for a day, takes your FULL payment before finishing and then finds lame excuses not to finish – when you can get him on the phone, that is. He was supposed to come two days in a row for what he said would be a two-day job. On the second day, he called to say he couldn’t find anywhere to park near our home and that he would only come back on an alternate-side parking day. That was hard to believe because all the other people who have been working in our home have found street parking. After a few weeks, Barry DID come back for a second day, on an alternate-side parking day, but again left without finishing the job. He seemed like a guy who might take pride in doing good work, but clearly he sleeps just fine taking people’s money for leaving work unfinished. You’d like to think that someone who says he’s a homeless Sandy victim and wears a Yankees jacket would be a straight shooter, not a scam artist. I wish we had seen the other review before we hired him – but hopefully others will see this review before hiring him.
