I urge you not to rent from Rent King. They are very unprofessional and rude. Our family has rented from Rent King for over a year. We have nothing but problems from them. They never return your phone calls, you have to walk in and make sure they are typing your request in the computer or else it will not get done. Every problem that we have had with our rental unit they tell you ""I don't think you understand how hard it is to be a rental company."" It is so manipulative! They will not work in your favor or try to help you understand why they will not do something. We have talked to them over and over again about same issues but they assure us that things are going to change. NOTHING has changed! We own a house and rent it out, we take really good care of our renters so that they are comfortable and have a reason to take care of our house. I do not understand what Rent Kings issue is!!!!!! Please save yourself the headache and the heartache from Renting with them. \r
