When offering coupons for specials and discounted prices for your menu items make extra sure before the press runs (your coupon ad), proof it first. If a error occurs, take ownership Mr owner and don't blame your crew for honoring the coupon to the public. It’s also your obligation to post the error where the public can see your not accepting the misprinted discount and if you fail to do that Mr. owner, loose my business and all the other ticked off customers who were told only after they ordered their food. Don’t waste my gas and time if you're not honorable.
