I just wanted to send a note thanking you and the crew for their extraordinary effort under extreme circumstances. Despite two major snowstorms, the guys worked tirelessly to get the job done. We felt badly that two of them were injured in the process, and hope they are doing OK. We gave each of them a small token of thanks, but I would ask that you let them know again how much we appreciate what they did. Your company's great reputation is well deserved, and we will be sure to recommend it whenever we can.
