I made an appointment to trim my bangs at the Marc Raymond Salon and was really excited about my new spring look. The woman (Madison) was very nice. She took me in the back upon arrival and washed my hair. Afterwards, the shampoo and conditioner was STILL in my hair, but I did not say anything. She asked me what I wanted to do and I gave her a detailed description of EXACTLY what I wanted. "Swoopy bangs." She looked clueless as she approached my bangs. I was quite nervous so I told her how my previous hairstylist from back home would do it. She literally cut my bangs in a downward diagonal sweep. I even asked her to start off long and then we can work from there. Not only were my bangs COMPLETELY uneven, they are so short I can barely pin them back because thats what I have to do now. She basically got frustrated because she knew I hated my bangs, she walked away without asking to make sure I was satisfied. I talked to several people and they thought that I should definitely ask for a refund. Not only was the manager ridiculously rude, he was basically accusing me of lying about my bangs! The only options, were 1) go back to the same stylist and let her fix it, or 2) get a $20 voucher to go to another stylist there. I informed him that they were unrepairable. There is nothing ANYONE can do, because they are already so short. DO NOT go to this salon. It is a mess inside and just does not look professional. The salon, manager, and stylist were all very unprofessional. In the end, I had to pay $32 for bangs that I have to pin back for at least 2 weeks. WORST SALON EVER!!!!!!!!
