Services are great..........Customer Service stinks. They I've gone to this location for over 8 months, consistantly and each time, I have been faced with the crankiest group of people. No smiles, no thank you......nothing. I""m faced with people with no smiles or great attitudes. When I ask for some envelopes that were not stocked at one of the desks, she said nothing, handed me the envelopes....Not a word of exchange. I avoid this location and try to go to others. If it wasn't for people, like myself who uses their services everyday, (I work for a hugh company, and we all use them), they would not have a job. Just a thank you and smile would be nice.
