Review content:
I've gone to several Visible Changes over the past 4 years and I would have said no to this Visible Changes two years ago because a stylist there did not listen to what I wanted and she did give a cut and style that was too short, not all over layered the way I asked and was just unflattering to me at least. \r
\r
However, I recently went to Visible Changes on Wednesday, March 29th and had my hair cut by Gabby. This was a recommendation from my fiance who had his hair cut by her last year. he loved his haircut and told me that she did a great job of listening, really listening and not just chopping his hair off or going in a different direction with his hair because she felt it would look better. i say that because several of the hiarstylists i've been to have done that and really just upset me to say the least.\r
\r
Anyway, Gabby sat with me for about 10 minutes just talking to me about what I wanted before she actually began cutting my hair , letting me know why a perm wasn't good for what I was thinking about and that what I wanted could be achieved through more layers. \r
\r
She would tell me at certain intervals what she was cutting and why. It made me feel more comfortable and secure about my haircut. In the end she gave me just what I wanted and styled it the way I normally would everyday giving me great tips on how to achieve that look everyday.\r
\r
Overall I had a great experience with her and love my hair. My fiance loves it too and he's already set an appointment to go back.\r
\r
I will recommend Gabby at Visible Changes for haircut and styling.\r
\r
The store itself is clean, the staff is friendly, sometimes a little to chatty with another so they can leave you standing there a minute or two before they take notice but it's not like they just don't pay attention overall. What retail store isn't like that?\r
\r
Overall, I give Visible Changes itself a 7 and Gabby a 10.
