Review content:
We began the car-shopping process with a general idea of what we wanted, but not any certainty. One of the first people we met during a day on Northern Boulevard hopping from dealership to dealership, was Nino Tirburzi at Subaru. After test-driving multiple other makes and models over the course of the next three weeks, we came back to Subaru and Nino's expertise in our minds again and again. Nino patiently took our phone calls and could not have been more informative, available or thoughtful about the advice he provided us while we educated ourselves about the car we wanted to purchase. He and Jimmy Bozza negotiated with us in good faith to reach a pricepoint that we were comfortable with and Maureen Heffernan, the dealership's business manager, took her time to clearly explain our contract, ensure that we were not leaving any questions unanswered, and expertly helped us cross all T's and dot all I's before we left the lot. After other dealerships and sales teams left us feeling confused, pressured and annoyed, the group at Koeppel Subaru were true professionals who we could not recommend highly enough.
