It is rare to find a professional in the insurance industry who takes the time to listen to your needs, and answer your questions in a way that the average person can really understand. Insurance is one those things that we all have to have, but don't really understand...until someone takes the time to patiently explain coverages and options. John is dedicated to his profession, and is willing to go the extra mile, which I find to be out of the ordinary today. I am thankful that I was able to find an agent like him-he will always be my agent!
