Ive been taking my Husky/Malamute here for 11 years and have always been treated kindly by the father, But as these other people have mentioned the son is just rude, rightous, and could really care less about his customers.\r
I accidentally mentioned regual ear drops insead of medicated ear drops and he said very rudely "" I dont know what your talking about regular ear drops"". Then he asked us when the lump formed on our dogs belly and as we were trying to figure out the date , he said very rudely ""Let me ask this AGAIN!"" Our experience was so bad that I will NOT be going back. I wonder if his father knows what the son is doing to the practice?
