I purchased Herring from the cooler and it was ""Really Bad"". I questioned them before I purchased, but they can do No Wrong. Ask them yourself.\r

When I called to complain, I was met with and extremely rude and hard to understand female individual. I called back for the manager and was given the lady who answers the phone...obviously the screener........She like the first woman told me that the Herring was good and if I did not like the product, then it was not their concern....They would not even exchange for another item.\r

I insisted on Speaking with the manger/owner, left my name and telephone number.\r
Still no return call.....two weeks later......\r

Customer Service simply Does Not Exist at Patak, so once you purchase, you are on your own............Burn me after years of patronage....Shame on You...........
