Aemar was always professional and kept me focused on the work out. He knows how to make you work harder for better results. I have used a number of trainers and watched many, but Aemar is the best I have seen. He doesn't waste your time or sit around and chit chat while showing you nothing. He is focused on your and getting the best results for you. You won't be sorry if you try his personal training. I highly recommend him!
