Review content:
I have taken my cats here for thirty years, starting back when Dr. Love was in a little house made over into a vet's office. The care we have received when seeing the doctors has been top notch.\r
\r
The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They don't pick up the phone until it has rung many times. Then you are placed on hold so long you think you've been forgotten. Once when I showed up and signed in for the apt., the receptionist came over and got someone else, but crossed off my name from the list. It was thirty minutes before I found out that they thought my cat and I had already been seen. \r
\r
Getting an appoinment with my preferred doctor takes a minimum of three weeks. It is very frustrating.
Pros: Like the veterinarians
Cons: Hate interacting with the office staff
