Review content:
I took my cat in as an emergency patient after hours, we actually go to another vet. The care we received while actually there was really pretty good but now we are on the third day of waiting for lab results, I have a cat here with possible liver failure and I cannot get anyone to inform me of the results or what to do next. Everytime I call I wait at least 7-10 minutes on hold before they even ask me my name and after 20 minutes on the phone..no results and despite 4 phone calls, still no call back.
Pros: good veterinary care, great hours
Cons: extensive phone waits, very impersonal, NO follow-up
