Review content:
I used this company and we gave them a ""D"" grade out of an ""A"". ""D"" is for needing to develop most of their staff with ""quality cleaning"" process for occupied homes. Maybe they do well in empty homes but not occupied homes as they missed a lot of basic things that needed to be clean. I had so many pictures for proof that they sent out another team the very next day to clean up the other crew's mishaps and still didn't fully dust cobwebs off the ceilings among other things. For the type of money they charge, I would rather use an individual cleaner that charges less that does a better quality cleaning and give them the extra money for a tip! Lesson Learn, either do it yourself or find another cleaner by word of mouth from others. Maybe the crew from back in 2010 is no longer working there...
