This was the WORST experience I have ever had with an auto shop. The owner bill Simpkins gave me a quote and his employee put it in writing. Then Bill called me VOICED RAISED and told me I had to pay another $100 or he ""wouldn't bother doing any of the work. I have better things to do."" I tried to get him to compromise by paying $50 more and he said (in raised voice) ""No. Its another hundred or come pick it up now."" I reminded him he had a legally binding written contract for the price given and he responded ""Take me to court. I've been sued before. I don't care."" \r
There are many other great places to take your car in Benicia. Not only are there better prices, you won't be degraged, yelled at and treated unprofessionally. It was like I was doing HIM a favor by having him work on my car!\r
Bill Simpkins = most unprofessional, rude and discourteous guy in town.
