Review content:
What a disaster. Went there with a group of friends last week and the sevice was terrible. Bartenders were slow and not in the best of moods, and was not even that busy. We tipped the usual 20% which would have been more and received an annoying look of ""that's all."" Knowing that you can catch a place on an off night we went back. Let's just say this. We will never be back. It's a shame, they have the right idea but need some new smiling and happy faces. One thing I will say is the manager Chris tried his best to help and accomodate us but his staff dug way too deep of a hole. We will be visiting other establishments of Channleside in the future.
Pros: enviroment, choice of fun
Cons: service times, poor attitude employees
