Review content:
---I am the owner of Sakonnet Grooming, in regards to review written by Sharon W. She presented us with a severely matted and neglected Yorkshire Terrier which she herself admitted was in dire need of a groom. The reason she may not have been pleased with the results is because of the pre-existing condition of the dog and patches of baldness. It took two hours of extremely careful grooming, which determined the additional cost. All of this was explained, prior to starting the grooming process in which she understood.\r \r --- In response to review written by Jaclyn P, she was a former bather at Sakonnet Grooming. When I purchased the business in 2007 she did not meet the criteria that I required for grooming skill and pet compassion. She stated that she tried to contact me. Customer Satisfaction has always been a huge priority in my business and I respond immediately. I encourage all of my customers to have open communication with me at all times. \r \r --- In response to review written by Michelle T, she happened to be standing at the counter when another customer asked me what food I recommended for her puppy. I recommended one of the quality brands that we carry. Michelle who happened to overhear the conversation, expressed her opinion that a particular dog food that I cannot recommend due to ingredient content, was better. She happened to work for that company and stated that she was offended that I did not recommend her food. \r \r Our customers trust that we have the latest information and education in health & nutrition. I want my customers to feel comfortable when requesting honest and accurate information regarding their pet concerns and health :)
