A typical corporate hotel setting with windows facing onto skyscrapers and dirty streets.
I have found in other establishments heated tables, hot towels and of course warm hands. Spa Mystique offered less than usual comforts, the massage room was chilly and the therapists' hands icicles. I discovered during the massage my therapist was unable to provide adequate pressure when asked she ranged from light to painful.
As you can tell it was overall disapointing, not worth your time or money
Pros: clean whirpool, clean rooms, valet parking
Cons: staff /unprofessional, rooms cold, service/poor
