Per STAFF instructions, we placed a Nintendo DS, and 4 games (in giftbag) into the bin marked with our childs name. As directed we watched the safety video and were directed downstairs for our event. The staff said that they would put the gifts in our party room when our ""play-time"" was over. When we got to our party room the bag was missing. My wife and I are both successful professionals and have no interest in fabricating a story to get a free gift for our child. The owner is refusing responsibility and not open to help resolve what is clearly a STAFF issue. We are extremely disappointed in their policy and lack of understanding.\r
