Review content:
I needed a repair on one of my new tires (purchased at a different Firestone store). I had purchased the road hazard insurance so it was a repair at no charge. I called them in the morning and asked for an appointment at 3pm. They said it wasn't necessary, just bring it in and they would take care of it. When I got there at 3:00 I was told that it would be a 3 hour wait. I said I would come back another day but I wanted an appointment. They gave me an appointment for the next day. When I arrived i was told it would be about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. It took nearly two hours for a 20 minute job. This experience has soured me on at least this Firestone location. Clearly, appointments mean nothing. I have gotten a new set of 4 tires installed, without an appointment, in less time than this leak repair. This experience also causes me to question the value of the hazard coverage for which I was charged extra. Perhaps it makes more sense to skip that coverage and have repairs made somewhere where customer time is regarded more highly.
