On 09/22 I ordered some metal border flashing for a tile job in my home. I brought my tile with me to the store and, because I know nothing about tile, I expected and trusted the staff to order me the right product for my tile. Once the project started it became clear that Buena Tile had ordered me the wrong sized product and that it clearly would not work for my job. The staff at Buena basically insinuated that I had agreed to order the wrong product and refused to refund me or acknowledge that the mistake was theirs, though even my tile guy assured me that they owned the screw-up. They did, however, offer to order me the right stuff at full price. This is not my idea of ""customer service"". Thanks for nuthin' Buena Tile. Or, thanks for charging me for the wrong product and refusing to take it back. Don't use these guys!
