Granted I am bias, but I have just completed the weight loss program that Dr. Rivas developed. I am down 49 pounds, I had to buy all new clothes. What a great feeling it is not having an anxiety attack when I walk past Abercrombie and Fitch in the mall. Now granted I want to loose another 10 pounds of fat and then hit the weights but I look better now at 41 than I did at 31. Thank you Dr. Rivas!
