Review content:
I take my teenager to a psychiatrist at Arbour Counseling Outpatient. Although I do like the doctor nd feel she is respectful and available, the physical space is horrendous. The first time I brought my daughter there, the stairway and cramped waiting room smelled of smoke and sweat, there was a teenager asleep on the floor right below the check-in window (and noone addressing it), and the overall appearance is dirty and dingy. It feels terrible to bring my child there and be trying to give the message that it is normal and acceptable to be getting mental health treatment when the environment provided to those seeking mental health care there is so offensive.
