I was stretched yesterday by Gabrielle Mazar. It felt great and I learned how TIGHT my hips and rear are. Learned some stretching techniques to do on my own. I feel better today and will continue to work on stretching so the next time Gabbie stretches me she will notice a difference:) I really enjoy Luna Fitness! It has everything I need to be successful in my weight loss journey. The BEST part is the staff. Love them!!
