I met Ron a few year's ago. He's really personable, and you can tell he cares about what he does and his customers. You can also tell he knows his stuff. I think he's fair. He's always helped me if I've been in a bind financially. He let's you in the shop and let's you walk around. His shop is really nice. I like that they know my name and my car, it gives the place a home feel.
