Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to the folks at Custom Care Restoration. I had a fire in my kitchen that pretty much destroyed the kitchen and the adjoining living room. They documented all the items that were unsalvageable, like furniture and groceries, so that I would be reimbursed from my insurance company. Every member of the crew was detail oriented, which ended up helping me to replace loss items. There was some furniture that they were able to salvage and I am amazed at how they were able to remove the soot from the upholstery and remove the horrible smoke odor. \r
I was thankful for the communication that Custom Care Restoration had with me during the whole process. They helped me deal with my insurance company and helped me get upgrades where I could. That helped take the sting out of a stressful situation. \r
I am so happy with the end result. My new kitchen and living room look amazing. The workmanship was top notch and they completed the job on the day they said they would. I will recommend Custom Care Restoration to anyone needing restoration work, whether big or small! I am thankful they were there when I needed them most.
