I visited this office based on a high recommendations from friends even though there were a few bad reviews here. I am glad I did! Sometimes the reviews only represent people who don't ""get"" it. Shamblott is an amazing place to go. They got me in the same day I called. They were able to start my work the next day. They were very clear about the insurance options, what my insurance would pay and what it would not cover. I was prepared for my bill before I saw it. Before I had the work done, I called three other clinics nearby and this was the lowest estimate by far. They took care of small problems that have been hurting me but other dentists only wanted to ""watch."" I'm in pain, why do we have to watch anything? Make it better! 24 hours after calling I was feeling no pain and happily returned to work that afternoon. My co-workers couldn't believe the change in me. I can think, talk, and work without pain for the first time in months. Thank you, Shamblott Dentistry. You are the best. Oh, and they have really nice people at the desk and the dentists were both smiling and happy and they were just nice and cared about me as a person, not just as some teeth.
