Review content:
AVOID. They don't even deserve one star. They do not help with repairs to the homes and will charge you for false items with false companies after you move out. Do not expect to get your deposit but to owe them the amount of the deposit instead. Rick laughed at us when we told him he was taking advantage of us. Look at reviews on other sites and you'll find not one of them is positive.
