READ BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!\r \r I ordered some flowers to be delivered for my Managers father who was ill. I thought I would support a small local business in the area where there flowers would be delivered. Obviously, I called Heaven Scent Flowers for the ""Vision of Beauty"" arrangement. This arrangement for what was shown online was $75 and has 2 ginger towering over the arrangement, 2 birds of paradise, 3 glossy anthurium, one 5 sprigs of orchids and a protea.\r \r When I called the woman was very nice. I called to tell her about the arrangement and she stated whe had 5 different websites but could make whatever arrangement I wanted. I emailed her the web address of the arrangement I was looking to have made assuming all would be great. I should of taken the comment about the 5 websites as a hint!\r \r I received a call the next day stating the arrangement hadnt been delivered. She stated that she would upgrade the arrangement to a deluxe since she dint deliver the day before. I thought that was an extremely nice gesture and said that would be great.\r \r So, I received an email from my manager with a picture of the arrangement saying think you. Remember the arrangement was upgraded to deluxe. The ""as Shown"" arrangement online had 2 ginger towering over the arrangement, 2 birds of paradise, 3 glossy anthurium, one 5 sprigs of orchids and 1 protea. The arrangement in the image from my manager? 1 glossy anthurium, 2 tulips, 1 chopped ginger, 5 orchid sprigs and 1 protea. Does that sound upgraded to you? sounds and look more downgraded to me. The arrangement was a MESS!\r \r http://www.yelp.com/biz/heaven-scent-flowers-la-mesa-3
