Remember BCTI? It was the tech school in the newspapers last year that was shut down in Washington and Oregon for defrauding students, creating a diploma mill, and defrauding student loan programs.
Guess What? They're back and stronger than before! Apparently, BCTI was bought by Pheonix University and is now marketing in the Portland area to frustrated job seekers and middle management stuck without degrees.
Don't buy it...their classes won't impress employers and won't cut the mustard in the real academic race.
Not sure? Have you been fed a long line by their marketers? Check them out with the Oregon Attorney General Hardy Myer's office and the Better Business Bureau!
