I definitely Recommend this store! I have been buying and pawning there for close to 4 years. The person who posted below me cant say is race was probably why, that store is one of the most diverse on 2020 w.craig rd. The employees are white,black,asian,hispanic and pacific islander. They're always friendly over there and that is why I keep going there. You had money in your pocket and was ready to purchase and you waited on this ONE person when they have other employees??? sounds like you did not get the discount you were trying for and people dont read minds or always see you when youre on the side lines Hoping someone sees you. That is why we have mouths, to ASK for help. Im sorry, where the guitars and case is located is off to the side and the cashier busy with another customer might not have seen you. Still, you have money ready to purchase and did not look around for someone else or let her know you would like to purchase something when she was done??? Im sorry it just seems odd for someone who wanted to purchase right away. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Try it for yourself rather than hearing it from someone else.
