I wouldn't suggest anyone move here. They do not come fix your stuff in a timely manner at all. My dishwasher and heat were broken for 4 months before any one did anything about it and I had to call and practically beg for it to be repaired. There staff is very very rude and the lady at the desk is extremely unapproachable its like they have an attitude with you before they even know what your going to say. Their washer and dryer rooms are literally disgusting and all my stuff I put in my allotted storage spot had holes from rodents and mold all over it when I went to get it out. The inside of hallways get cleaned maybe once every 3-4months and its embarrassing to bring guests thru there. Also theres an issue with cops always showing up. Im not sure why but there always seem to be an issue with tenants and the parking lot is filled with cops most nights (especially weekends). When you look up heritage it says they offer pool, rec room and exercise room. I don't know what they do if prospective tenants want to see those spaces because the exercise room has 4 broken machines out of the 6 they have in there, the rec room has a pool table but the room is filled with junk and the carpet is disgustingly stained and the pool is never open in the summer because they wont pay for a lifeguard. I wouldn't move here in less you want a big headache.
