Review content:
My dog had an accident and I called Village Vets to see if they could see her, I was an existing customer, called early in the day but was told that they were too busy to accomodate us but I could bring her in after noon to their emergency clinic. Now a regular visit is $51, steep in itself, but now they wanted me to pay $125 for a visit. I made an appt for later in the week asap. The vet recommended a costly treatment ($350) that was unnecessary and his diagnosis proved to be incorrect. She was correctly diagnosed and treated at another vets for $61 total. Now their new building is beautiful, but if their new business model to pay for it is to recommend unnecessary costly treatments, they stand to lose a lot of customers. I know they lost this one. Also they have a unheard of ridiculous charge of $5 if you get your meds off the net.
