My husband and I are physique and figure competitors respectively and require a great deal from our training facility since we spend so much of our time there daily (3+ hours!) during contest prep. The environment is clean and intimate (compared to the large chain gyms), the staff is friendly and helpful (the trainers are full of great tips!) and we can accomplish workouts (especially supersets) that would be nearly impossible at other facilities (due to overcrowding). They have 2 smith machines, 2 cable machines and a vast variety of cardio equipment (elliptical, bikes, treadmills, step mills) to ensure availability. The spa locker rooms are spotless and posh, tons of amenties are provided (razors, lotion, cotton balls, curling irons, etc.) and the steam rooms are integral to the success of our pre-competition water lean downs. I have personally enjoyed the spa services and love that they stock my favorite skincare line, Sanitas.
