I just moved to Denver and am used to going to great top notch SPA's all over the U.S. Matrix is unlike any SPA I have been to, it has the total package! The facility is beautiful, my massage with Lucy was phenomenal and best of all the staff was down to earth and I felt at home there. They offered me hot tea when I sat down and I snuggled up on the couch in their sitting area. After my treatment, I was able to grab a robe and steam in the facilities steam room which was a great unexpected treat. I will be back for sure! Lucy, you ROCK! :)
Pros: Not snooty, top rate providers, free covered parking, exclusive feeling!!
Cons: Ummm.... I can't have it everyday?
