I have been to my share of trainers and gyms, and I have to admit that Matrix Fitness & Spa takes the cake. I have never experienced such friendly and supportive staff like I have at Matrix. Beginning with my first email inquiry, Dave Wagner, General Manager, set a very positive tone. When I went to tour the facility, I felt listened to and appreciated.\r

Today, I went in for my first workout. For a gym, this place is quite clean. There is a very calm and quiet vibe throughout the establishment. And to their point, it's quite nice to be able to walk up to the machine or equipment you want to use and not have to worry about waiting.\r

Oh, and here is something to note: a member (i'm assuming he's just a member) walked over to me and introduced himself to me and welcomed me to the club. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. The just confirmed that I made the correct choice to join!\r
