I have had a great experience as a member of this gym. It is definitely not your typical Bally's or 24 hour Fitness--it is much smaller and has a cap on their membership so it doesn't get too crowded. I never have to wait for machines. \r

Pros:\r
-Each cardio machine has an individual TV screen/computer monitor and you can choose from reading the news online, watching 10 or so different channels, or listening to the radio. \r

-Has any and all machines/equipment that I would want\r
\r
-Good selection of classes, including yoga, pilates, spin, and kickboxing (all included with membership fee)\r

-Friendly and competent instructors and great staff all around\r
\r
-Steam room\r

-Locker rooms and entire facility is very nice--extremely clean and fancy looking\r
\r
-parking in garage is included in membership\r
\r
-separate spin theater room with fancy bikes\r
\r
-discount for member for spa serivces\r

Cons:\r
-The locker rooms are on the small side and can sometimes feel crowded\r
\r
-The group exercise room is too small, some classes feel crowded\r

-no pool
